You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (e.g., bedsheet bags, cushion covers folded).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been washed or used.
- Custom-made or bespoke orders (e.g., curtains or fabrics cut specifically to your measurements).
- Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.
3. How to Start a Return
You can process your return in one of two ways:
- In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our locations in Vilanova i la Geltrú or Reus for an immediate exchange or refund process.
- By Mail: Contact us via our official website to receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
As a second-generation business, we take immense pride in our quality. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. we will replace the item or provide a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5–10 business days).
6. Exchanges
If you simply want a different color (for example, swapping a white cushion cover for a beige one), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
