2. Delivery Times & Schedule

We work with trusted national couriers to ensure your home transformation begins as soon as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within the mainland.
• Custom Orders: For bespoke items, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for our experts to craft your piece before it is dispatched.

Please note that our logistics team and delivery partners do not operate on weekends or official holidays. In 2026, we observe the following National and Catalonia Regional holidays:

If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, our partner will either attempt a second delivery the following day or leave your package at a secure nearby collection point for you to pick up at your convenience.
